        The works to be carried out under the Framework Agreement will comprise minor works projects including but not limited to:

        — internal and external refurbishment works,

        — painting and decorating,

        — building fabric repairs and upgrades,

        — civil works, enabling works,

        — roof works and repairs,

        — improvements to buildings and grounds,

        — temporary accommodation,

        — call out / day-works / emergency.

        Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design and Technology (IADT), together with the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB) and the Institute of Technology Tallaght (ITT) invites submissions from competent and reputable Contractors to become members of a Framework Agreement for Minor Works.

        The establishment of the Multiple Operator Framework Agreement will be on the basis of a two-stage process whereby the successful candidates from the prequalification process will be included in a tender competition for an initial “Call-Off Contract”.

        The most economically advantageous tender from the tender process will be awarded the initial “Call - Off Contract”. It is anticipated that the top six (6) highest scoring Tenderers will be appointed to the Framework Agreement, provided there are a sufficient number of suitable Tenderers available.

        The intention is that each of the Contracting Authorities (IADT, ITB, and ITT) will hold mini-competitions separately for Minor Works Contracts over the duration of the Agreement. All Members of the Framework Agreement will be invited to tender for each contract.

        The value of the individual works will vary up to a maximum of 500 000,00 EUR, exclusive of VAT per individual contract and the Form of Contract for individual contracts will be the Short Public Works Contract for Civil Engineering and Building Works Designed by the Employer.

        The works to be carried out under the Framework Agreement will comprise minor works projects including but not limited to:

        — internal and external refurbishment works,

        — painting and decorating,

        — building fabric repairs and upgrades,

        — civil works,

        — enabling works,

        — roof works and repairs,
